A. We want to make the process as simple as possible. Receive your order in these 3 easy steps.

  1. Select your cakes and proceed to the checkout.
  2. Choose a time slot for delivery and provide your credit card details. 
  3. Our customer service will re-confirm the time with you for your convenience.

 Relax and wait to receive your order

A. We support Master card, Visa and American Express credit cards only.
A. Items are delivered by our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
A. Your order will be delivered within the request time slot. Our customer service team will confirm this with you.
  1. Next day delivery is assured for all orders processed before 3pm.
  2. Currently we do not deliver to the Durrat Al Bahrain. But plan to in do the future
A. There is no delivery charge for orders above BD 15 purchase amounts below BD 15 are subject to a BD 5 fee.
A. Kindly check the items on delivery and report any concern immediately. We cannot accept returned items once delivered.
A. Due to the delicacy of our products we are unable to accept returns. In the case that we are at fault, the cakes will be collocated immediately and appropriate reparations made.
A. If you have paid for any item, which is out of stock at the time of delivery, we will suggest a future date for you to receive the product. If a time ca not be agreed upon, we shall refund you the value of the undelivered item
A. Yes. Log In your account and click on the “My Orders” page. All your past selections will appear form which you can quickly re-order.
